As the solo lead designer for Kantar’s AI Assistant (KaiA), I focused on reimagining the thread experience to remove friction and make it more seamless for users. Instead of requiring repetitive input of thread settings each time, I introduced a one‑time project setup that could be adjusted at any stage, giving users both efficiency and flexibility. To further accelerate workflows, I added enhancements such as zero prompts, enabling users to jump straight into comon data analysis without friction. This redesign simplified complexity, reduced effort, and empowered users to engage more confidently with KaiA.
